Park Rules
Check out: Departure for all sites and cabins is strictly 10am.
Camp Kitchen Hours: Daily 7:30am to 9:00pm | Pool Hours: Daily 9:00am to 7:00pm (Closed June to September)
Speed Limit: Please ensure you drive 8km/ph through the park
Cancellation Policy: No refund for early departure or late arrivals.
Pets: Pets allowable as per our pet policy. Pets must not be left unattended and disturbing other guests. Pets must be on a short lead at all times when not inside cabins/enclosures/or caravans. All pet owners must sign a Pet Policy, Pets must not enter Park communal facilities for the consideration of other guests.
Noise: The quite peaceful enjoyment of the Park and it facilities by all guests is important to us. Please assist by restricting noise from radios, television and social gatherings between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside park owned accommodation or any park facilities. A $100.00 charge will apply for all rooms that have been smoked in, as they need to be professionally deodorised. Ash trays are provided throughout the park and within rooms, please make use of these facilities.
Total Fire Ban: Fires are not permitted in the Park. This includes BBQ’s that use briquettes or timber for fuel. Only gas and electric BBQ’s are permitted in the Park. Remember there is a total fire ban in this area – massive fines apply.
Cars, Caravans and Boats: Please ensure your car is parked completely onto your allocated site and not in the street or on another empty tourist site. Parking outside of these boundaries will result in a fee being charged. Unfortunately, we do not allow for cars to be washed on site. If you would like to wash your car please report to Reception and they will direct you to the nearest car wash.
Early departure: No refund is available for early departures.
Dishes: We require all dishes to be washed, dried and placed back into the cupboards. A $30.00 charge will apply for rooms left with dirty dishes.
Illegal Activity: If you are seen conducting illegal activities on site, you will be asked to immediately leave and police will be contacted.
COVID: Guests stays at the park must be in accordance with WA state guidelines relevant at the time of your stay.
Children and Parents: We do our best to provide a safe park for all our guests, but your children are your special responsibility. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior within the park. Children must be supervised at all times and should be accompanied by an adult to the amenities block and swimming pool.
Scooters & Bikes: May be ridden in the park between 8.00am and 6pm – helmets must be worn at all times when riding a scooter/bike in the park grounds. No riding in the laundry, amenities and camp kitchen. Parent’s supervision is required. Strictly no entry into the Park Home Village beyond the grassed area and pool.
