A Police clearance is required. (same form used for park home sites). They would need The current site fee for permanent is $250 per week plus power. They must pay a $200 application fee. 4 weeks rent in advance as bond, lodged with the bond administrator. 2 weeks rent in advance. Rent is taken by direct debit. Max 2 people per site Pet allowed as long as they are approved by management and this is done during the application process.
